How Long Does Processing Take?
Orders are typically processed and shipped out from our warehouse within in 2-3 business days. Processing time for orders placed Saturday & Sunday will not begin until the following Monday.
How can I check the status of my order?
Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details and an option to “View Your Order.” Once your order has shipped, you will receive another email notification with tracking information. This email may end up in your spam folder, so be sure to add Palmetto Moon to your “safe” list.
Where Do We Ship?
At this time, we do not offer shipping outside of the United States. All orders ship from our distribution center in North Charleston, South Carolina.

Order values of $99 or more qualify for Free Standard Shipping, with the exception of YETI and Brumate hard sided coolers, which will incur a $24.95 overweight shipping fee.

FedEx Ground Standard Shipping – $7.95 Flat Rate:

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped out from our warehouse within in 2-3 business days. Processing time for orders placed Saturday & Sunday will not begin until the following Monday. 
  • Order should arrive within 3-7 business days from the date of shipment. 

UPS 3 Day Select Shipping – rate calculated by UPS based on shipping weight & destination:

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped out from our warehouse within in 2-3 business days. Processing time for orders placed Saturday & Sunday will not begin until the following Monday. 
  • Order should arrive within 3 business days from the date of shipment. 

UPS Next Day Air Overnight Shipping – rate calculated by UPS based on shipping weight & destination:

  • Orders placed before 12pm EST Monday - Thursday are processed & shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12pm EST on Monday - Thursday are processed & shipped the following business day.
    • Please Note: 
      • Orders placed between 12pm Thursday and 12pm Friday will not arrive until Monday. 
      • Orders placed after 12pm Friday will not arrive until Tuesday.
  • Overnight orders cannot be delivered on Sundays or Holidays.
    • Overnight delivery is not available for PO boxes.

    CANCELLATIONS:

    To ship your order as quickly as possible, the ability to make edits or to cancel your order is not available.

     

     

    ADDRESS VERIFICATION:

    Please verify your shipping address carefully. If your shipping address is flagged as “unverified” or shipped back to us due to an incorrect/undeliverable address, we will attempt to contact you via the email address and/or phone number you provided during checkout. Your order will be held for 3 business days until we can verify your address. If we are unable to verify your address within the 3 business days, the order will be canceled.

     

    WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:

    It is the buyers responsibility to make sure that they enter the shipping address correctly. Palmetto Moon is not responsible if a package is shipped due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. In effort to ship your order as quickly as possible, the ability to make edits to your order is not available.  If you have entered the incorrect address please contact Customer Service at 1-888-309-8040, ext. 100 or at [email protected]. We will do our best to accommodate the cancellation; however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.

    If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly before contacting us. Please allow 1-4 business days for your tracking information to show. In some rare cases, tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed.

    If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue. Palmetto Moon cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
